Recently, the official website of the Hubei Intellectual Property Bureau published the "Announcement of Hubei Province Patent Agency Industry Association on the Results of the 2025 Annual Patent Application Document Quality Spot Check for Patent Agencies Province-Wide". The announcement indicated that Beijing Sunshine Intellectual Property International Co., Ltd. received the highest of four ratings—"Excellent"—in this patent application document quality spot check.
The announcement stated that this spot check was conducted in accordance with the relevant requirements of the China National Intellectual Property Administration's "Blue Sky" initiative, combined with the annual work plan for "dual random, one disclosure" inspection (which refers to the random selection of inspection targets, random assignment of law enforcement inspectors, and the timely disclosure of inspection results and enforcement outcomes to the public), and was organized and implemented by the Hubei Province Patent Agency Industry Association under the commission of the Hubei Intellectual Property Bureau. The spot check covered 251 patent agencies and branches engaged in patent agency work in Hubei Province. The scope of the spot check was patent application documents with filing dates between January 1, 2024, and December 31, 2024, with results published according to four ratings: "Excellent, Good, Qualified, and Unqualified".
The results showed that 82 agencies, including Sunshine IP, were rated as "Excellent Institutions in Patent Application Document Quality Spot Check", 65 agencies were rated "Good", 90 agencies were rated "Qualified", and 14 agencies were rated "Unqualified".
The quality of patent application documents not only affects the efficiency of authorization but also directly impacts the boundary clarity, stability, and enforceability of rights. It serves as the foundational work for cultivating high-value patents and making layout for subsequent rights enforcement. Receiving this "Excellent" rating reflects the recognition by the competent authorities and industry organizations of our company's comprehensive capabilities in aspects such as the standardization of patent application texts, the layout of patent claims, and the quality of specification drafting.

Combined with one patent selected in 2024, Sunshine IP has achieved good results in this recognition for two consecutive years. In 2023, an invention patent drafted by Sunshine IP was selected as a "2023 National Typical Invention Patent Drafting Case". From the capital Beijing to the heart of central China, from national-level typical cases to local outstanding documents, this sustained success fully demonstrates the stability and consistency of Sunshine IP's service quality.
