On April 22, the results of the Sanya Deep-Sea Equipment and Monitoring Technology Industry Patent Navigation Project, undertaken by Beijing Sunshine Intellectual Property International Co., Ltd., were officially released to the public.
The release event for this project was one of the key activities of the 2024 National Intellectual Property Publicity Week hosted by the Sanya Intellectual Property Protection Center, with over 100 representatives from innovation entities and service agencies in attendance. Xie Liyan, Deputy Manager of Sunshine IP's Research and Consulting Department, presented the project's findings on behalf of the project team, covering topics such as the domestic and international development trends of the deep-sea equipment and monitoring technology industry, key technological development directions, Sanya's industrial positioning, and industrial development pathways. Luo Xiao, Director of Sunshine IP's Research and Consulting Business, conducted a specialized training session titled “Patent Navigation Practice and Application” based on the “Patent Navigation Guide” series of national standards, providing guidance for enterprises to utilize patent navigation tools to steer innovation and development.
In 2023, Sunshine IP's research and consulting team, building on in-depth research into Sanya's industrial planning and enterprise development needs, collaborated with local innovation entities to propose the selection of "Deep-Sea Equipment and Monitoring Technology" as the navigation theme. This proposal was subsequently selected and approved for project initiation. In the implementation phase, the project team, grounded in the actual conditions and needs of the regional industrial development, refined data statistics and deepened technical analysis, providing a direct reference for strengthening and extending the industrial chain, enterprise cultivation, collaborative innovation, and investment attraction in Sanya's deep-sea equipment and monitoring technology industry. In the next phase, the project team will continue to provide consulting services to Sanya's industrial enterprises regarding the implementation of the project results.
