Sunshine IP Represented in the“Olympic Footsteps—Chamber Pressurize Precise Launch System” Series Dispute Case For Patent Inventor Right and Designer Right

In January 2016, Appellant Mr. Yanwen Chen (the defendant of the original trial) and Beijing DALUYOULIDA Electronics Co., Ltd. (the third party of the original trial) asked us to represent them in the second appeal trial for the “Olympic Footsteps—Chamber Pressurize Precise Launch System” series dispute case for patent inventor right and designer right. The court for the second trial fully endorsed and supported our client on the identification of Mr. Luo is not one of the patent inventors on the ground of appeal. On September 19, Beijing Supreme Court made final decision on (2016) Beijing Civil Final Judgment No. 202, revoked the verdict from the first trial, and dismissed all appellee’s claims from the first trial.
