Since March 2008, Mr. Luo has specialized in domestic and international trademarks, with full skilled on examination regulations, and full of practice experiences of overseas trademarks. Mr. Luo is devoted to providing with comprehensive trademark placement strategies and tactics for disputing cases on overseas trademarks, such as BYD, PingAn, OPPO, Vanke, Meizu, Marisfrolg, Strong food, HEYTEA, C’estbon, TP-LINK and so on, including but no limited to trademark filings, recordal of changes, assignments, reviews and appeals, oppositions and invalidations, trademark searches and watch services, negotiations, anti-counterfeiting enforcement, and overseas rights protections. From Year 2020 on, Mr. Luo has been assisting of lectures and sharing on overseas trademarks topics for governments, associations, and enterprises, etc.
