Mr. Li concentrates on market development, client relation, US litigation and PCT prosecution.  He has steered Chinese listed companies through inter partes reviews and district-court actions in the United States, and represents foreign enterprises in Chinese infringement and invalidation proceedings.  His practice further covers freedom-to-operate and portfolio due-diligence opinions.
