From 2003 to 2005, I worked in teaching and research at Beijing University of Science and Technology, undertaking or participating in several national research projects. I published more than 10 academic papers, applied for multiple invention patents, and gained extensive research experience. I also taught intellectual property courses at the University of Chinese Academy of Sciences and Jingdezhen Ceramic University.

With 20 years of experience in patent invalidation litigation, I have handled over 500 patent invalidation and patent dispute cases, as well as more than 100 patent warning and corporate patent strategy cases.

Among these, the patent for melamine preparation technology that I drafted has withstood several invalidation challenges and helped the rights holder recover 658 million yuan, setting a record for intellectual property rights protection in China.

I have also represented Gree Electric Appliances in several patent invalidation cases against AUX Air Conditioning, helping Gree avoid claims worth over 100 million yuan.

In cases involving Zhuhai Guanyu and Ningde New Energy (ATL), I successfully helped Zhuhai Guanyu avoid claims worth over 100 million yuan.

The patent invalidation case of Mobike Bicycle, along with the patent invalidation case between Jiangsu Hengrui and Shanghai Xuan Chuang, were selected as “Top 10 Patent Reexamination and Invalidity Cases of 2017” by the Patent Reexamination Board.

The patent infringement case of Mobike Bicycle, along with the case against the Anti-Counterfeit Traceability Platform of China Quality Wanli Xing Magazine, were selected as “Top 10 Typical Patent Administrative Protection Cases of 2017” in Beijing.

The patent infringement case of the Anti-Counterfeit Traceability Platform was also selected as one of the “Top 10 Typical Cases of Patent Infringement and Counterfeit Crackdown in 2017” by the National Intellectual Property Office.

The patent infringement case of Mobike Bicycle suing Didi and its Qingju Bicycle was selected as one of the “Top 10 Typical Patent Cases of 2018” by People’s Daily Online.

The invention patent with application number 200910119667.2, which I represented, was successfully included in the National Intellectual Property Office’s “First Hundred Excellent Chinese Patents” and I have undertaken dozens of national and local intellectual property bureau soft projects and patent strategy studies, including “Research on the Intellectual Property Environment in India,” “Research on Patent Information Retrieval Service Standards,” and “Standardization Research on Patent Literature Information Service Guidelines.”
