Mr. Bai worked at SINOVEL right after graduation as a project manager, and responsible for the process from negotiation and declaration of development right for China northwestern region wind power plan project, up to later construction.

Mr. Bai joined the firm in 2012, and had worked as a patent attorney, senior IP consultant, investment director, representative of the investment company, and fund manager. He had drafted over 100 patent applications, and accumulated extensive experience in patent drafting, OA response, reexamination; as well as having all aspects of relative IP knowledge for copyright, trademark, invalidation, and IP litigation.

He acts as an IP consultant for over 50 companies, and participated over 20 investment projects’ research and management work. By using his own professional ability of intellectual property mining and combing as a supporting point, he is able to determine the technical value of high-tech projects from the perspective of intellectual property
