She has a strong ability in document search and collection for invalidation and public opinion, drafting for petition and pleadings, statement of opinion during invalidation, and participated invalidation oral hearing.
She successfully represented the petitioner in the invalidation and administrative litigation against Nippon Steel & Sumitomo Metal; represented the petitioner in the invalidation against the patentee Haldor Topsoe; represented the patentee Catalytic Distillation Technologies in the invalidation litigation.
