She was maily engaged in patent examination, related to substantive examination of invention, preliminary examination for utility model, reexamination, invalidation, litigation, and patent consulting service.
She has participated in various bureau-level, trial research projects, business books drafting. Ms. Zhao has executive experiences on patent examination, and has good business guidance ability. In addition, Ms. Zhao has years of experiences on patent invalidation and litigation, and she has handled hundreds of invalidation, litigation, infringement, and consulting cases.
