14 Years of patent practice, Ms. Kou began practice IP in 2007, and specializes in patent mining and FTO analysis, and especially strong in patent dispute resolution, such as patent invalidation, patent infringement analysis and litigation.

Studied IP law at UC Berkeley in 2014 and mentored under Professor Robert Merges and mainly focus on US Patent Law which includes Section 301 and 337.

Was invited to attend “US-China Intellectual Property Conference”，which is jointly organized by U.C. Berkeley, Renmin University of China and Loyola Law School.
