Ms. Li joined the firm in 2011, and mainly engaged in patent application drafting, OA response, submit public opinion, submit reexamination and reply to the reexamination notice, patent application layout and mining, patent infringement analysis, patent information analysis, and patent early warning analysis. She specializes in patent application mining, and OA response, and by develop reasonable innovate ideas which leads to patent granted. She has filed close to 400 applications, replied close to 300 OAs, more than a dozen of patent reexamination and invalidation, as well as patent analysis and overseas early warning analysis report. All of these made her accumulated a very rich experience in the process from filing to grant of a patent application.
